Vertex inputs (attributes) to shaders.
These are used to specify the individual attributes within a VertexBufferLayout.
See its documentation for an example.
The vertex_attr_array! macro can help create these with appropriate offsets.
Corresponds to WebGPU GPUVertexAttribute.
